I work on freeing up fonts, and I hope to find Bulgarian hackers involved with graphics software in some way, because I would like to invite them to apply for a fully-funded trip to Brussels for a free software community conference at the end of this month:

We are hoping to invite up to 3 Bulgarians to create contacts and
spark energy for continuing development after the conference - to get
inspired and carry on with the knowledge they gain at the event, and
grow the libre graphics community.
The organisers have secured major funding from Franophonie
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francophonie) that will cover the flight
and a good hotel.
So, I hope that you can help, by forwarding this email to people or
project mailing lists in the Bulgarian free software community that
you know would be interesting in applying by emailing me or
"Femke Snelting" ( snelting v collectifs tochka net ) :-)

Nakratko: chovekut iska da pokani do trima bulgari, svurzani s razrabotkata na svoboden grafichen softuer, za uchastie v konferentsiiata. Organizatorite shte poemat razhodite za put i hotel. Ne prevezhdam tsialoto pismo, zashtoto predpolagam che konferentsiiata shte se vodi na angliiski, taka che detailite ot pismoto predstavliavat interes osnovno za hora koito vladeiat tozi ezik.
