TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALISTS


Your Responsibilities will be:

• To handle all incoming Customer e-mails and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected

• To provide support and solve customers company's software and hardware problems via e-mail and over toll free company telephone lines.


Main Requirements:

• Very good command of ENGLISH AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SCANDINAVIAN LANGUAGE:

FINNISH
NORWEGIAN
SWEDISH
DANISH
DUTCH

• Experience in using and to trouble shoot problems with in Windows 2000/XP/ Vista.
• Ability to install and configure Windows 2000, XP and Vista on a computer
• General knowledge in Internet security
• Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet
• Previous experience in international support/ technical center (6+ months) will be great plus!

I really hope this company has done at least some research on the Bulgarian market. Without headhunting, it is literally impossible to fund a newly opened support center with such people.

To all job seekers: never never never ever use an agency to apply for a job.

And somebody just asked my why... well, if this 50 000 empl. company cannot afford a 1-2-5 months investing in people, and just wants to "pass by" with hiring a cheap agency, who would ever respect this company enough to work there?

Would you trust a mechanic who posts mechanical questions in a garden forum? Would you trust an agency that posts windows related jobs on a linux forum? And during my "check", I noticed that they just copy-paste the same text on every forum then can put their hand on.. kind-a "gipsy style" ain't it?

Bulwork, maybe you can visit this top-5-security-company and ask them for moneyz to buy a spell-checker for your computers
