CISCO ENGINEERS WITH ITALIAN LANGUAGE


Requirements:

- Knowledge of networking technologies including wireless, routers, switches etc.
- Extensive knowledge of various network communication protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, SIP
- Experience in LAN/WAN support, VoIP support and IP networking
- VERY GOOD COMMAND OF ITALIAN language

Advantages:

- Cisco certification (CCNA/ CCDA/ CCNP/ MCSE)
- University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Knowledge of network implementation and design, VoIP support and VoIP network solutions
- Knowledge of networking infrastructure equipment and network utility tools, i.e. Sniffer


Main responsibilities:


- Provide and facilitate the delivery of responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to targeted customers
- Accept and resolve cases as appropriate for individual skill level
- Meet service delivery guidelines within the principles of the customer focused culture.
